Brief job profile:
- Managing entire operations & distribution of Times Music products (physical)
- Catering to retailers, direct retailers, modern trade and distributors
- Ensuring optimum ROI to all our business partners
- Ensuring extra ordinary visibility standards at all shelves at all times
- Conduct demand forecasting, supply chain management and improving the accuracy for stocks for the budgets set for the geography for which he/she is responsible
- Planning budgets for sales volumes, spends on S&D, cross promotions, consumer's promotions and its execution with the entire team members to meet set targets for the entire financial year
- Train team members on regular basis and upgrading their skill sets
- Responsible for new product development, new content, third party tie ups for selling and distribution rights for Times Music
- Analytical skills and maintenance of MIS for the geography handled
- Proficient in developing & streamlining systems for avoiding delays and out of stock situations in Modern Trade and on day to day business as per guidelines laid down by their respective line managers.
