Position: Sub Editor (for Business Section of English News Website- http://daily.bhaskar.com)
Salary: Rs.20 k to Rs.24 K P.M
Job Details:
§ Excellent writing skills in English is required.
§ Job Timings: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
§ Candidate would have to commute on her/his own to Sector-63, Noida. (Near Fortis Hospital)
Job Role:
² Writing Business News for the Business Sections of English News website http://daily.bhaskar.com
² Edit and improve Business stories/copies that are received from various sources.
² Liaising with reporters or journalists to clarify facts and details about a story.
² Writing headlines that capture the essence of the story.
² Checking facts and stories to ensure they are accurate, and do not break the law or go against the publication's policy.
² Churn out copies with no grammatical and factual errors, as per the organisation's high editorial standard.
Job Location: Sector – 63, Noida.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Ø Should have excellent writing skills in English.
Ø Ability to hand in error-free copy within tight deadlines.
Ø Proficiency with the Internet.
